About Me
- I’m a software engineer with a passion for problem-solving and creating scalable solutions.
- I’m fascinated by the potential of artificial intelligence to transform various domains and industries, such as healthcare, education, and entertainment.
- I’m currently honing my software engineering skills with the goal of eventually transitioning back to AI engineering and research.
What I Do !
Software Engineering
I design, develop, and test software applications using various technologies and frameworks, such as Python, Django, React, and AWS.
Artificial Intelligence
I explore AI to understand human psychology and behavior, and to create intelligent systems that can help solve real-world problems.
Scaling Products
Software Engineer at Bloomberg
Joining Bloomberg as a SWE, I will contribute to the development and enhancement of financial software solutions. My focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve data analytics, trading platforms, and financial modeling tools.
Building Products
Software Engineer at Dialexy
Building a white-label platform for providing certified translation services. I'm working on building the core product, including the customisable workflow and theming engine, and the translation review tool
Grow App
Built a web app to help track my personal growth. I'm using the app to track my daily habits, to journal my thoughts and ideas, and plan my tasks and goals.
Software Engineer at MarktoMarket
Helped build a SAAS platform for SMEs to manage their cap table, valuations, and fundraising. I worked on building the core product, including the cap table, valuations, and fundraising modules. I also worked on building the data pipeline to ingest and process data from various sources, such as Companies House, and Crunchbase.
Tinkering with AI
Simulating Language Evolution
I worked on simulating language evolution in a multi-agent environment. I used reinforcement learning to study how language can be used as a tool for agents to accomplish tasks in their environment, and show that structure naturally emerges, leading to the development of compositional language for describing and generalising about unseen objects.
Machine Learning Engineer at Adarga
I interned at Adarga as a Machine Learning Engineer. I worked on developing and deploying machine learning models for the defence and security industry. Particularly, in solving correferencing problems in unstructured text data.
Dialog Systems Research at Henriche Heine University
Funded by European Research Council, I worked on Dynamic Dialogue Modelling (DYMO). Typically, dialogue systems were built for fixed domains, requiring a new data set every time the domain changes. I worked on developing a dialogue system that can expand dynamically and span the problem of operating with dynamic knowledge, dynamic policies, rich user models and sophisticated measures of quality.
University of Edinburgh
I began my BSc in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at the University of Edinburgh. I learned about the fundamentals of AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Origin
Born in India
I was born in a small town in India called Nasik. I spent my first 18 years contemplating the meaning of life and the universe.
